How do I book a ride?

You can schedule your trip by calling Medical Answering Services (MAS) directly at 844-666-6270 or by using their online portal. Simply provide your appointment details, and make sure to choose us as your transportation provider.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the following neighborhoods in Brooklyn:

Sheepshead Bay, Brighton Beach, Coney Island, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Gravesend, Midwood, Bay Ridge, Borough Park, Sunset Park, Flatbush, Gerritsen Beach, Marine Park, Mill Basin, Canarsie, Starrett City.

My appointment is at 10:00 a.m. What time should I schedule pick-up?

Brooklyn to Brooklyn: Schedule your pick-up at least 1 hour before your appointment.
Brooklyn to Manhattan: Schedule your pick-up at least 1.5 hours before your appointment to allow for travel time.

Can I change my pickup/drop-off address?

Yes, you can make changes to your pickup or drop-off address or time by contacting MAS directly or through their website.

Do you have cars with a lift?

No, we do not have cars with lifts. Our vehicles are suitable for passengers who do not require wheelchair access.

What types of cars do you have?

We offer a variety of vehicles to meet your needs, including sedans, SUVs, and minivans. All vehicles are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Can I book a multi-way trip if I have multiple appointments on the same day?

Yes! If you have two or more appointments on the same day, you can book a multi-way trip with us. This means we’ll take you to each appointment and bring you back home—all in one booking. Just let MAS know your schedule when you call to arrange your transportation, and select 7 Ocean Express as your provider. This option provides a convenient, seamless experience for multiple stops in one day.
